Please read these terms before using AroostookEats.com (“the site”). By accessing or using the site, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.
1. About the site
Aroostook Eats is a local directory and menu-discovery site made for Charlie Cormier of C Cormier Inc. It lists eateries and links to digital menus for convenience. The directory is not a restaurant, reservation service, ordering service, or the publisher of restaurants’ menus. Business names, marks, menu text, photographs, and other restaurant materials remain the property of their respective owners.
2. Information is provided as-is
Directory listings, menu links, prices, hours, addresses, availability, ingredients, and other business information may be incomplete, outdated, or incorrect. Restaurants can change their offerings at any time. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, availability, or suitability of any listing or menu. Confirm important details directly with the restaurant before relying on them.
Menus are not a guarantee that an item is available, and should not be relied on for allergy, dietary, nutrition, or food-safety decisions. Contact the restaurant directly about ingredients, cross-contact, allergens, and accommodations.
3. No transaction or affiliation implied
A listing or link is provided for informational convenience and does not imply endorsement, sponsorship, partnership, or a current business relationship. Aroostook Eats does not take orders, process payments, make reservations, or control the operations of listed businesses.
4. External sites and digital publications
Digital Flipbook menus are hosted at ccormierinc.com and open in a new tab. The site may also link to restaurant websites and other third-party digital menu/viewer services. Those services are controlled by others, may have separate terms and privacy practices, and may change or become unavailable. We are not responsible for their content, availability, security, or practices. Your use of them is at your own discretion.
5. AI-assisted content and limitation of reliance
Some site text, summaries, organization, or other material may have been created or edited with the assistance of artificial-intelligence tools. AI-assisted material can be inaccurate, incomplete, misleading, or out of date. It is provided for general informational purposes only, is not professional advice, and must be independently verified—especially restaurant details, menu contents, allergens, prices, and hours. No AI-generated or AI-assisted content is a representation or guarantee by the site, its owner, or its developer.
6. Acceptable use and intellectual property
Do not misuse the site, interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorized access, or use it to violate applicable law or another person’s rights. The site’s original design and materials may not be copied or republished without permission. Restaurant menu materials are owned by their respective rights holders. If you believe material on the site infringes your rights or is materially inaccurate, use an appropriate contact channel for the site owner or the business concerned.
7. Disclaimer and limits
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, the site and its content are provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, express or implied. To the fullest extent permitted by law, the site operator and its contributors disclaim liability for losses arising from your use of, or reliance on, directory information, menu materials, external sites, service interruptions, or AI-assisted content. Nothing in these terms excludes a right or liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited. These terms are informational, are not legal advice, and cannot guarantee immunity from legal claims.
8. Changes and governing law
These terms may be updated by posting a revised version on this page. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised terms. Applicable law and venue will be determined by the laws that govern the site operator and the circumstances of a claim, subject to any mandatory consumer-protection rules.
9. Related policies and hosting
Read our Privacy Policy. The site is self-hosted at its origin and uses RackNerd infrastructure as an IPv4 proxy between visitors and the origin server. The site’s technical developer also publishes separate developer terms and a separate developer privacy policy; those documents do not replace this site’s policies.
